Matt Anderson
PRESIDENT
As our leader and founder of MCA Mechanical, Inc, Matt Anderson has over 30 years experience in the HVAC industry. Being the company’s moral compass and believing that doing what is right is the most important aspect of business, he has led MCA Mechanical into a premier commercial and industrial HVAC company. He believes that MCA employees are family and strives to conduct business as such. Matt gets excited to do projects that others in our industry fear, and has an affinity for commercial kitchens. When he is not in the office or out in the field doing job walks, he is playing drums for his church, collecting antique military items, and cooking for family and friends.
Tami Anderson
THE BOSS
With a background in Laser Optic Engineering, a passion for learning, and a requirement for doing the books, if it needs to get done, Tami can learn, assess, and energize. Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, owning a business has always meant designing your own destiny, and HVAC is the path she chose alongside her husband. From manufacturing in the shop with the team, contracts and paperwork, to walking job sites, Tami believes that being involved in all aspects of the company helps make the company advance and grow. And raising four children aged 10 to 19 with her husband, she keeps extra busy by being involved in her church, the local AYSO soccer league, and spending time with those friends near and dear.
Brian Brady
SUPERINTENDENT
Our superintendent Brian Brady comes with a 25 year background in commercial HVAC from all parts of the country. Moving to the area seven years ago with his family, he has found that northern Nevada is his home and enjoys continuing working in the industry he loves. Brian runs the day to day scheduling and field organization for MCA Mechanical, while assisting in the office when needed. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing a good game of corn hole, and building furniture to satisfy his wife’s desires!
